Meet the owner
Jaclyn was raised in a small town in Montana, and at the age of 18 joined the United States Army as an Apache helicopter mechanic. Serving 4.5 years on active duty she got out, and quickly realized the need to keep serving. While starting a family she joined the Utah Army National Guard. Life took its twists and turns and with 2 beautiful children she raised her family in West Jordan, UT. In 2009, she changed her specialty to Human Resources and made her way to be the first female First Sergeant in both Aviation Battalions in West Jordan, UT. Completing a Bachelors in Management and a concentration in Leadership, the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy, and honorably completing 29 years of service she found herself once again at retirement with a deep need to keep serving her community.
This is where New Chapter Cleanouts was created. The deep desire to keep serving the community and help families through service. Life changes quickly and it can get overwhelming especially when dealing with estates, moving, and property management. New Chapter Cleanouts offer a fresh start, a clean slate, and a new beginning when things are exhausting and your ready to move forward. The items we remove then are given a chance of a second life through resale and donations to others in the community (keeping items out of the landfill). This allows others who may have experienced, or leaving, a tough situation, moving out on their own for the first time, new start up business, or simple collectors to acquire items at reduced prices and allows them to continue working through their current chapter.
